Return Process

  Pack with Care

  Place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all Frederick's of Hollywood tags are attached, and securely seal the box with the new label.

  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
